Yes, you can Get Leads by turning Spam Into Leads for your Home Business.”Spam ain’t so bad!” Not the somewhat edible kind, group Spam on Social Sites or Forum Spam on the Net. You see, old school methods are to blame for most of it. Most beginners result to Spamming tactics in the absence of leadership and real direction.
What they do is resort to sending their link in every post and to everybody (okay maybe I exaggerated a little). You’ve seen it at some point, you’re in a group or Forum where something of use is actually being shared or discussed and here comes the unnecessary “look at my link y’all!”. Some groups will delete the person before anyone has time to be annoyed or even blink! But guess what? That’s prime New School Leads Territory! You gotta move fast!
It’s like they’re screaming out to you, “hey! I need some help and direction”. You can say this, “Hello [name] I noticed you’re posting your link in the group. If you don’t mind my asking, is that working well? I have some good methods that can help you make sales and grow your list, if you would like to hear them. Call or message me here……”
Once they call, thank them for the call. Get their number and email because you’re pressed (even if you have time) for time and may have to call them back at a later time. Ask them about their business (how long, what their goals are, what problems they have. It’s all about them here, take notes). Now let them know the value of Targeted Leads for their Home Business. Then you can tell them, “Look, I’m pretty busy right now and I’ve got to go. I’ve got something to show you but it’s mostly visual but I’m pretty sure it can really help you. Would you be open to taking a look at it if I send it to you?” Now don’t say anything until you get either a yes or a no.
Most will say yes, set up a follow up call 2 days from now (never same day or more than 2 days) & send your promotional video, offer video or training package 15 to 30 minutes before the call. Make sure that it is specific to help them with their problem (remember the notes from the first call).
However if they say no, “I understand, I do appreciate your time. Maybe in a few weeks when I’m not so busy I can get back with you.” Do not tell them about your offer or any assistance. You must value your time and not give it away to anyone who is not already interested in your value. If you can, follow up a few weeks or month later and repeat the steps from the first call.
Follow this strategy and you will continue to add more people to your lists, it’s all about getting those people to be on the value side. Many that are in the market are lost, confused and don’t have great direction. We have all been there at some point in our own way, so if your business places more value on helping people find success you will never look at spam the same way again. You can find these “spammers” in groups, sending you emails and most places where marketing is happening. Turning negatives into positives by providing value in the market place will grow your audience even more!
